To submit your application, please complete the application form below. To access the form and apply for the mentoring scheme, you will need to hold an active AHEP membership at an associate level or above and be logged in to your membership account on the AHEP website.

AHEP Mentoring is now open for the Autumn intake! You are invited to submit an application and we will be in touch in Autumn 2025 with a match and details on any networking and training sessions that may be available.
